The first part of the day begins with a cupping. Throughout the cupping, participants will have the opportunity to taste all of the coffees that are currently on the menu at The Visit. Points of discussion include: the purpose of sample roasting and sample roasting theory that will be put into practice straight away. At the end of the session, each person will be able to take home their roasted samples of the day.
